Begin your city tour with visits to Colombo’s most iconic landmarks, blending colonial charm with urban sophistication: Galle Face Green | Independence Memorial Hall | Gangaramaya Temple | Pettah Market etc. Dive into Colombo’s shopping scene, where traditional craftsmanship meets modern retail. Some of the famous spots includes- Odel | House of Fashion | Laksala | Colombo City Centre Mall etc. After a day of sightseeing and shopping, check into your Colombo hotel and unwind.

HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1200hrs - 1400 hrs (depend on the hotel).
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100hrs.

TCS* 5% will be applicable on the Total Package Cost. Tax Collected at Sources (TCS) is the tax payable by a seller which he is required under law to collect from the buyer at the time of Sale, under the provisions of Section 206C of the Income Tax Act).
TCS is mandatory for International Travel Packages
20% TCS is applicable on individual transactions above Rs. 700000 per annum
As per Union Budget 2023, 5% TCS will be applicable on International travel packages up till Rs. 700000
(Excluding TCS) against each PAN in a financial year (FY). Above this limit, TCS will be applicable at 20% on The incremental amount.)
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against income tax liability and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any AMENDEMENT & CANCELLATION on packages must be done 21 days prior to arrival date. Reservations that are not cancelled with stipulated timeframe, Cancellation will be charged as follows,
0 to 7 Days - 100% cancellation on Full Package
7 - 14 days – 50 % cancellation on Accommodation
14 -21 days – 25% cancellation on Accommodation
NON - ARRIVAL (No Show): If your clients fail to arrive on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled & 100% cancellation will be charged.
Above cancellation charges transport and excursions and also covers most of the hotels. Some hotels have their own policies and we’ll update in case if we come across hotels as such booking by booking.
